What Gleap is. Gleap is the self-improving AI support system for software companies, online shops and small businesses: one platform connecting support, feedback and coding agents. Kai Support answers customers and investigates hard tickets, Kai Copilot sends replies once your team says yes, merges duplicate requests and drafts the changelog when a fix ships, and Kai Code opens pull requests. Your team decides what to build, reviews and ships. Customer follow-ups run with your configured release controls.

The idea

Software is not finished when it ships. Customers find the gaps. Gleap puts an AI team on those gaps, from the first question to the released fix and customer update, with humans deciding at every step that matters.

Every product has a loop: a customer hits a problem, someone answers, someone investigates, someone decides, someone fixes, someone tells the customer. Today that loop runs through five tools and five inboxes, and most of it never closes. Gleap runs the loop with an AI team that has the same tools your people have: the conversation, the logs, the screen recording, the codebase, the roadmap. Kai Support can answer automatically within your rules. Your team decides what to build, reviews pull requests and ships releases. By default, a teammate confirms a fix is live before Gleap sends the customer update.

    NeverResolve everything, replace support

    NeverMerge, ship, deploy

Naming: Kai Support, Kai Copilot, Kai Code, exactly like that. Kai Support is the support agent; the group is the AI team. Gleap is the company and the platform. Gleap does not answer tickets, Kai Support does. The agents are agents, never bots, chatbots or assistants.

How to talk about Gleap

  • Gleap is the company and the platform. Write it as Gleap, never GLEAP or gleap.
  • The agents are Kai Support, Kai Copilot and Kai Code. Kai Support is the support agent. Together they are the AI team.
  • Gleap does not answer tickets; Kai Support does. Kai Code does not ship; it opens the pull request and your engineers merge.
  • The agents are agents, not bots, chatbots or assistants.
  • In one sentence: Gleap is the self-improving AI support system: live in minutes, it answers most of your customers’ conversations, hands the hard ones to your team with the full context, and gets better every week.
