Does Kai Code merge or deploy without our review?
No. Kai Code writes code changes and opens a pull request for your engineers to review, merge and release. Your team starts each coding task, and some models also offer a plan step. Kai Resolve investigates with read-only code access. See how Kai Code works.
What happens when a report is not a bug?
It still gets an ending. A setting or expected behavior gets a grounded reply. A feature request is linked to the existing request and the customer is subscribed to updates. A report that is missing details gets one focused question to the customer, and an open decision goes to your team as a card with options. Close the loop shows each branch.
When does the customer hear back?
With automatic follow-ups enabled, the default flow asks a teammate to confirm the fix is live, then sends the update on the original ticket. You can instead schedule a message after a delay from merge or keep replies manual. A delay does not verify that the fix is live.
What does self-driving development need access to?
The ticket and what the Gleap SDK captured: device and SDK versions, console and network logs, the click trail, screenshots and screen recordings. You choose which repositories Kai Resolve may clone read-only, which data sources it may query through MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and where Kai Code runs: Kai Code Cloud or your own machine through Kai Code Bridge.
