What runs without me?
Answers run on their own: Kai Support replies to your users and hands you only what needs a human. For a bug, Kai Resolve finds the cause and prepares the fix, and you start it with one click. Switch on Kai may publish and automatic follow-up, and the publish and the reply to the user happen by themselves.
Do I have to watch a support inbox?
No. Kai Support answers in the chat and by email. Gleap pulls you in when a user asks for a human, when Kai can't help, or when a fix is ready to start, with push notifications in the Gleap mobile app.
How do I add a support chat and bug reporting to my app?
Start a Kai Code task and it asks your app builder's agent to install Gleap: the npm package gleap with one Gleap.initialize call in the app's entry file (src/main.tsx for Lovable and Replit's React apps, a client component in app/layout.tsx for v0, the snippet in index.html for Base44). You can also add it yourself.
How does Gleap connect to Lovable, Replit, v0 and Base44?
Kai Code connects to each platform's official MCP server, and you approve access with the platform's own sign-in (OAuth). You choose which apps Kai Code may work on. Account administration, deletion and creating new apps are out of reach.
Does Kai Code publish changes on its own?
Only if you switch on Kai may publish for that app, on Lovable, Replit or v0. Otherwise you publish in the platform and mark the change as published in Gleap. Base44 has no publish option in its API, so publishing there is always a click in Base44.
Do I need a GitHub repository?
No. A linked Lovable, Replit, v0 or Base44 app is enough. If you also have a repository, Kai Code can open pull requests there instead.
What does it cost?
