Gleap pricing starts at $49 per month for Starter, billed annually ($59 billed monthly). Team is $149 per month, Pro is $299 per month and Enterprise starts at $999 per month, each on annual billing. Every plan includes Kai, the AI support agent. AI usage is billed separately by tokens and model. Prices are shown in USD, EUR or GBP depending on your location.

AI usage is billed by tokens and the model you select, deducted from prepaid AI credits. On average a Kai support message costs about $0.04 and a conversation runs about 4.3 messages, so roughly $0.17 per conversation on top of the plan; the exact amount varies with model and context. The credit balance, top-ups and auto-recharge live in Billing, with a usage breakdown by Kai, Kai Resolve, Kai Code and custom agents.

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and an initial US$25 AI credit allowance. A payment method is required at checkout and you can cancel before the trial ends. During the trial, Kai Resolve and Kai Code are available on every plan, so you can test an investigation and a pull request on a ticket from your own queue.

Yes. Team, Pro and Enterprise have no seat limit, no project limit and no per-seat fee. Starter includes one seat and one project. Unlimited seats does not mean unlimited usage: AI credits and outbound email volume are metered separately.

Pro includes everything in Team plus Kai Resolve, Kai Code, custom agents, model selection and a 25% discount on AI tokens. Kai PM is listed for Pro and Enterprise. Pro is the plan for teams that want customer reports to end in a reviewed pull request.

Kai Resolve and Kai Code are included in Pro and Enterprise with no separate license. Their runs draw from the same prepaid AI credits as Kai: an investigation or a coding session is billed by the tokens and model it uses. Pro and Enterprise apply the 25% discount to that usage as well.

Kai PM is on Pro and Enterprise. It helps triage requests, find duplicates and prioritize your backlog.

The units differ, so compare on your own conversation volume. Intercom charges $0.99 per Fin outcome on top of per-seat plans. Gleap charges a flat plan price with unlimited seats from Team, plus AI usage by tokens: about $0.04 per Kai message on average, or roughly $0.17 per conversation. AI work pauses until credits are added. Auto-recharge is on by default: when the balance drops below your threshold, Gleap buys the amount you chose, for example $25 when the balance falls below $5. Adjust the threshold, the amount and the payment method in Billing. Enterprise accounts can be billed by invoice instead.

Yes. Change plans in Billing; the amount and timing are shown before you confirm. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Moving to Starter requires reducing the workspace to one seat and one project first. Enterprise changes go through your account team.

Yes. The Gleap startup program gives eligible early-stage startups 50% off Team or Pro for the first 12 months, subject to approval. The program page lists the criteria and the application form.

Enterprise adds single sign-on, invoice billing, a dedicated customer success manager and a custom SLA. Bring your own key and a custom MAU limit are agreed per contract. Security and compliance documentation is in the Gleap Trust Center; talk to sales for a quote.

The annual tab shows the monthly equivalent of one yearly payment; the monthly tab shows month-to-month billing. Prices are localized to USD, EUR or GBP based on your location, and checkout shows the total and applicable tax before you confirm. AI credits are priced in USD and converted at checkout.
