A Gleap bill has two parts: a plan for your workspace and prepaid credits for the AI work your agents do. As of September 2026, Starter costs $49 per month, Team $149, Pro $299 and Enterprise from $999, billed annually. Billed monthly, they cost $59, $179, $359 and from $1,199. AI usage is billed on top through prepaid credits.
This guide explains both parts and shows average AI costs per task, so you can estimate a bill before you start. Prices and product details were checked on September 26, 2026. The Gleap pricing page always has the current figures.
Gleap pricing by plan
| Plan | Billed annually | Billed monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 per month | $59 per month |
| Team | $149 per month | $179 per month |
| Pro | $299 per month | $359 per month |
| Enterprise | from $999 per month | from $1,199 per month |
Annual prices are the monthly equivalent of one yearly payment. Prices are localized to USD, EUR or GBP based on your location, and checkout shows the total and applicable tax before you confirm.
Starter includes one seat, one project, Kai, the AI support agent, and live chat and email in one inbox. It connects Jira, Trello, Slack and Email.
Team adds unlimited seats and projects with no per-seat fee, seven support channels (live chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Slack and Telegram), tools for Kai (your APIs, MCP servers and apps connected through Composio), Kai Copilot, the knowledge base, in-app bug reporting, the feature roadmap, a custom domain, session replay, console logs, surveys, outbound messaging and every native integration.
Pro adds Kai Resolve, Kai Code, Kai PM, custom agents, model selection and 25% bonus AI credits on eligible purchases.
Enterprise adds single sign-on, invoice billing, a dedicated customer success manager and a custom SLA. A bring-your-own model endpoint can be agreed per contract.
Every plan includes Kai and changelogs, and every account chooses EU or US hosting at signup. Gleap is SOC 2 Type II audited and GDPR compliant; the Trust Center has the documents.
How AI credits work
AI usage is not part of the plan price. Kai, Kai Copilot, Kai Resolve, Kai PM, Kai Code and custom agents draw from one prepaid credit balance. Each task is deducted by the tokens it uses and the model that runs it, so a short answer costs less than a multi-step investigation or a coding session.
- Starting balance. The 14-day free trial includes $50 in AI credit.
- Top-ups. Add credits in Billing. Auto-recharge is on by default for paid workspaces: when the balance drops below $5, Gleap adds $25. You can change the threshold and the amount, or turn it off. Auto-recharge does not run during the trial, but you can add credits manually.
- Running out. AI work pauses until credits are added.
- Model choice. On Pro and Enterprise you choose the model per agent. Premium models cost more per task. Starter and Team use Auto routing.
- Your own coding agent. The coding work in Kai Code Bridge sessions runs on your own Claude Code, Codex or Cursor subscription and is not billed by Gleap. Kai Code Cloud sessions use credits.
25% bonus credits on Pro and Enterprise
Pro and Enterprise add 25% bonus credits to eligible credit purchases. Buy $100 of credits and $125 lands in the balance. Token prices stay the same, so this is a credit bonus, not a 25% discount on token prices.
What AI work costs: three averages
These are average costs per task in Gleap as of September 2026, priced at current credit rates before bonus credits. They are not a quote. Real usage depends on many factors, such as the complexity of the task, the model, the context and the length of each conversation or session.
| Example | Average credits | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Kai answers a support conversation | about $0.05 per conversation | Every plan |
| Kai Resolve investigates a hard ticket with a code investigation | about $0.50 per ticket | Pro and Enterprise |
| Kai Code session that opens a pull request | your own Claude Code, Codex or Cursor subscription with Kai Code Bridge; about $2 to $5 per Kai Code Cloud session, depending on complexity | Pro and Enterprise |
Kai. A conversation averages about $0.05. Premium models, long conversations and tool calls cost more; short answers cost less.
Kai Resolve. A ticket with a code investigation averages about $0.50, including its read-only code investigation. Tickets Kai Resolve answers or clarifies without a code investigation cost less.
Kai Code. With Kai Code Bridge, the coding runs on your own Claude Code, Codex or Cursor subscription and is not billed by Gleap. A Kai Code Cloud session, hosted by Gleap, averages $2 to $5, depending on complexity. The cost grows with the size of the change, the codebase and the number of turns, and long sessions on large codebases can cost more.
Putting a monthly bill together
An illustrative Team workspace on annual billing, where Kai joins 2,000 conversations a month and the team sends 3,000 emails:
| Line | Estimate |
|---|---|
| Team plan, annual billing | $149 |
| Kai, 2,000 conversations at about $0.05 | about $100 in credits |
| Emails, 3,000 at $2 per 1,000 | $6 |
| Total | about $255 per month |
On Pro, add the investigations and coding sessions you expect, using the averages above, and remember that each eligible $100 credit purchase adds $125 to the balance. For a firm number, run a representative set of your own tickets in the trial and read the usage breakdown in Billing.
Emails
Emails your workspace sends to customers, including replies and campaigns, are billed at $2 per 1,000, or €2 and £2 when you are billed in euros or pounds, charged monthly. Plans do not include an email allowance. Paid workspaces start with a sending limit of 20,000 emails per month, which Gleap can raise on request.
Token-based billing versus per-outcome pricing
Some support tools charge per outcome. Intercom lists Fin AI Agent at $0.99 per outcome. It counts an outcome when a customer confirms a resolution, stops asking for help after Fin responds, or when Fin completes a workflow, including a handoff, and charges at most once per conversation (Intercom pricing, checked September 26, 2026).
Gleap bills the work instead. Every answer, investigation and coding session uses tokens, whether or not the conversation ends in a resolution. The units are different: a Gleap conversation cost is not a price per resolution, and an Intercom outcome is not a Gleap message. To compare, estimate the total monthly cost for your own volume on both sides, including the plan, seats, AI usage and add-ons. The Intercom comparison lists current plan assumptions and sources.
