Do I have to watch a support inbox?

No. Kai Support answers in the chat and by email. Gleap pulls you in when a user asks for a human, when Kai can't help, or when a fix is ready to start, with push notifications in the Gleap mobile app.

How do I add a support chat and bug reporting to a Base44 app?
