What is Kai PM?
Kai PM is Gleap's AI product manager for customer feedback. It helps triage feature requests, find duplicates, score priorities and answer questions about your backlog. Your team sets the goals and decides what to build.
Is Kai PM available now?

What is an AI product manager?
An AI product manager helps turn customer feedback into product decisions. Kai PM evaluates requests against customer demand, revenue, strategic alignment and effort, plus your own criteria, so your team can compare what to build next.
How does Kai PM handle incoming requests?
Kai PM scores incoming feature requests against your company goals. With automatic triage enabled, it can accept requests, merge duplicates or decline a request with a reply to the submitter. You configure the rules in its settings.
Can we customize the priority score?
Yes. You can configure the weights used for demand, revenue, strategic alignment and effort, and add your own criteria. Kai PM uses that formula to rank requests, and you can ask it to re-score your backlog when priorities change.
What can I ask Kai PM?
Ask Kai PM which requests to ship next, find duplicates, summarize a request or re-score the backlog. It works on feature requests and their context, with quick tasks available directly in the composer.
Does Kai PM use feedback from support conversations?
Support conversations can be linked to feature requests so the customer need stays attached to the work. Kai and Kai Resolve can match tickets to existing requests and subscribe customers. See product feedback software.
Can we draft release notes from shipped work?
Gleap suggests changelog entries from merged pull requests and released feature requests. Suggestions include sources and confidence, and become drafts your team edits and publishes. See release notes and changelogs.
How does a request become code?
