Qualtrics shut Delighted down on June 30, 2026, and its API no longer accepts requests (checked September 25, 2026), so the Composio Delighted toolkit has no account left to work with. This page explains what that means for Gleap AI agents and where NPS and CSAT surveys can run instead.
What a Gleap agent can do in Delighted
- No live actions: the toolkit still lists actions such as List Survey Responses and Unsubscribe Person, but they call a service that no longer exists, so every call fails.
- Clean up old tools: if a custom agent still has a Delighted tool, remove it so the agent stops attempting calls that cannot succeed.
- Survey answers from Gleap instead: with the Gleap tool, a custom agent can read Gleap survey responses and summaries next to the customer’s tickets and feature requests.
Example: moving an NPS program to Gleap
A product team that sent quarterly NPS emails through Delighted rebuilds the survey in Gleap and shows it in their web app. A custom agent with the Gleap tool runs every Monday on a schedule and opens a task for the product lead with a summary of the new comments from low scores. The product lead decides which comments become feature requests and which customers a teammate should contact.
How to connect Delighted
There is no Delighted account left to connect. To tidy up and replace it:
- In Gleap, open AI & Automation, then Agents, and check each agent’s Tools for a Delighted tool.
- Open the Delighted tool and remove it from the agent.
- Create your NPS or rating survey in Gleap and choose where it appears: the widget, a hosted link or an email.
- Add the Gleap tool to the agent that should read survey responses, and switch off the Gleap actions it does not need.
Custom agents are on the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans. Kai Support can use connected apps as tools on Team, Pro and Enterprise.
FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with Delighted?
Not anymore in practice. Composio still lists a Delighted toolkit, but Qualtrics discontinued Delighted on June 30, 2026 and its API no longer accepts requests, so a Gleap agent cannot read or write Delighted data.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in Delighted?
Nothing that succeeds today. The toolkit’s actions, from listing people and survey responses to scheduling recurring surveys, depend on a Delighted account that no longer exists. If you kept an export of your Delighted responses, share the summary with your team; the agent cannot fetch it from Delighted.
Which Gleap plan includes the Delighted integration?
No plan can bring it back. Custom agents, which would have used the toolkit, are part of Team, Pro and Enterprise, and Gleap’s own surveys are on Team, Pro and Enterprise. AI usage for agents is billed separately through prepaid credits; see pricing.
How do we replace Delighted NPS surveys with Gleap?
Build an NPS, rating or open-text survey in Gleap, choose the audience and show it in your web or mobile app, on a hosted link or by email. Answers land next to the contact’s tickets, so a teammate can follow up from the inbox. Read more about customer feedback surveys.
