Gleap AI agents can work in Salesflare through Composio, for B2B teams that track their pipeline in Salesflare and handle support and product feedback in Gleap. A custom agent can show the account and recent emails behind a Gleap ticket and leave internal notes and tasks for the account owner.
What a Gleap agent can do in Salesflare
- The account behind a ticket: List Contacts and Get Account find the customer from a Gleap ticket and show the account, its owner and its fields.
- Recent email history: List Account Messages reads the emails exchanged with the account, so support sees what sales promised before answering.
- Internal notes for the account team: Create Internal Note adds a note to the account, such as a summary of a bug the customer reported in Gleap.
- Tasks with a due date: Create Task asks the account owner to follow up, for example once a fix the customer waited for is live.
- Open opportunities: List Opportunities shows deals in progress for the account, so the teammate on the Gleap ticket knows what is at stake.
Example: a promise made on a sales call
A new customer writes in the Gleap widget that the Slack alerts they were shown in the demo do not appear. A teammate asks the agent on the ticket what sales discussed. The agent reads the account’s recent emails in Salesflare, finds that the alerts need a setting on the customer’s plan, and adds an internal note for the account owner. The support teammate explains the setting to the customer, and the account owner decides whether a call is needed.

FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with Salesflare?
Yes. Gleap AI agents use Salesflare through Composio’s Salesflare toolkit, authenticated with a Salesflare API key. The agent reads and writes Salesflare data while it runs; contacts are not synchronized with Gleap.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in Salesflare?
It can list and read accounts, contacts, persons, opportunities, tasks, tags, pipelines and account messages, create accounts, contacts, notes, tasks, meetings, tags and opportunities, and update most of them. The toolkit also changes workflows and AI settings, which a support agent does not need.
Which Gleap plan includes the Salesflare integration?
Custom agents that use Salesflare are part of the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans, and Kai Support can use connected apps as tools in its customer conversations on Team, Pro and Enterprise. The Salesflare user behind the API key sets which accounts the agent can read. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
Can the agent read the emails Salesflare logged?
Yes. List Account Messages returns the messages Salesflare collected for an account, which is useful context before a teammate replies. Treat that access carefully: switch the action off for agents that talk to customers directly.
