When a message thread needs a phone conversation, start from the customer record in Gleap. The Aircall connection lets your team call a contact and keep the notes from that conversation attached to the account.
Connect your phone workflow
Add Aircall in your project’s Integrations settings and authorize your Aircall account. Unlike an issue-tracker integration, there is no destination board or ticket-type routing to choose.
To place a call, the contact needs a phone number and the Aircall desktop app needs to be installed and running. Gleap hands the call off to that app.
Keep the next step visible
Use the contact’s notes to record what was agreed and what should happen next. In the current contact view, call notes appear within Notes and can be filtered by call, so the next teammate can find the relevant context.
For example, after discussing a difficult support issue, record the agreed reproduction steps or follow-up date on the contact instead of leaving them in a private note elsewhere.
The Aircall guide covers connection prerequisites. Gleap’s customer support platform keeps the account conversation available around the call.
