Composio’s Make (formerly Integromat) toolkit gives a Gleap custom agent access to your Make account: organizations, teams, operations usage and reference data. It does not run scenarios, so it suits teams that want an agent to keep an eye on their Make usage.
What a Gleap agent can do in Make
- Watch operations usage: Get Operations returns daily operations, data transfer and credit consumption for an organization over the past 30 days.
- Know the account: List Organizations and List Teams show where your scenarios live.
- Check the connection: Get Current Authorization shows which scopes the connected token has.
Example: A usage check before renewal
The operations lead wants to know whether the team will run out of Make operations before the plan renews. On the first of each month, a scheduled agent reads the last 30 days with Get Operations and creates a Gleap ticket for the operations lead with the daily trend and the busiest days. The operations lead decides whether to change the plan or clean up scenarios.
How to connect Make
- In Gleap, open AI & Automation > Agents and select a custom agent, or create one.
- In its Tools section, click Add tool and search for “Make”.
- Pick Make under More integrations and click Connect Make.
- Paste a Make API token into the form Gleap shows and connect.
- Open the new Make tool and switch off every action the agent does not need, such as Create Password Reset Demand or Create Organization.
- Tell the agent in its instructions when to use Make, then test it in chat.
Custom agents are included in the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans. Kai Support can use connected apps as tools on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Code, also on those plans, can use Make in coding sessions once you add it under Settings > MCP in Kai Code.
FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with Make?
Partly. Composio’s Make toolkit lets a Gleap custom agent read organizations, teams, operations usage and reference data. For automation, send Gleap ticket events to a Make custom webhook with the webhook integration.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in Make?
It reports on your Make account, mainly operations usage per organization. It cannot create, edit or run scenarios through this toolkit.
Which Gleap plan includes the Make integration?
Kai Support and Kai Code can use the Make toolkit on Team, Pro and Enterprise; custom agents that use it are on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Support answers customers, so switch on only actions that are safe in a customer conversation. The webhook integration is a separate, native Gleap integration with its own setup. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
Can a Gleap agent start a Make scenario?
Not through Composio’s Make toolkit, which has no scenario actions. A custom agent can call a Make custom webhook URL with Gleap’s API call tool, or Gleap’s webhook integration can send ticket events to that URL.
