A Gleap custom agent can start, complete and restore Process Street workflow runs and read data sets through Composio. It helps operations and support teams that run repeatable procedures, such as onboarding or incident response, as Process Street checklists.
What a Gleap agent can do in Process Street
- Start the right checklist: Create Workflow Run starts a run from a workflow template, for example the security incident checklist when a customer reports a vulnerability.
- Find the workflow: List Workflows shows the templates in your account, so the agent picks the right one.
- Look up reference data: Find Data Set Rows searches a data set, such as the list of enterprise accounts and their owners.
- Close the loop: Complete a workflow run marks a run done once the team confirms every step, and Undelete Workflow Run restores a run removed by mistake.
Example: A vulnerability report from a customer
A customer reports a possible security issue through the Gleap widget. The support teammate asks the agent to start the process. The agent finds the account owner in the Enterprise accounts data set and starts a run of the Security incident workflow named after the ticket. The security lead works through the checklist in Process Street, and support keeps the customer updated.
How to connect Process Street
- In Gleap, open AI & Automation > Agents and select a custom agent, or create one.
- In its Tools section, click Add tool and search for “Process Street”.
- Pick Process Street under More integrations and click Connect Process Street.
- Paste your Process Street API key into the form Gleap shows and connect.
- Open the new Process Street tool and switch off every action the agent does not need, such as Complete a workflow run if people should close runs themselves.
- Tell the agent in its instructions when to use Process Street, then test it in chat.
Custom agents are included in the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans. Kai Support can use connected apps as tools on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Code, also on those plans, can use Process Street in coding sessions once you add it under Settings > MCP in Kai Code.
FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with Process Street?
Yes, through Composio. The Process Street toolkit lets a Gleap custom agent list workflows, create, complete and restore workflow runs and search data set rows. Runs start only when an agent run calls these actions.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in Process Street?
It starts the checklist a situation calls for straight from the ticket and looks up the reference data the process needs. The people assigned in Process Street do the work.
Which Gleap plan includes the Process Street integration?
Kai Support and Kai Code can use the Process Street toolkit on Team, Pro and Enterprise; custom agents that use it are on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Support answers customers, so switch on only actions that are safe in a customer conversation. You need an API key from your Process Street organization. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
Can the agent check off individual tasks?
Not with Composio’s current Process Street toolkit, which works on whole workflow runs. Task-level work stays in Process Street.
