Keep customer work alongside the rest of your team’s Asana project. Gleap turns reports into tasks with their captured context, so the person taking over can start from the customer’s experience.
Put the task in its place
Select an Asana workspace, project, and section. Use a section for incoming customer issues, for example, so the team can decide priority before moving work into its delivery plan.
The integration can create tasks and send updates and messages to them. Choose which ticket types should arrive automatically, or forward an individual ticket when it is ready for another team.
Connect your Asana project
- Add Asana from Integrations in your Gleap project.
- Sign in to Asana and authorize the connection.
- Select the workspace, project, and destination section.
- Save your forwarding choices and check a sample report in Asana.
The connection guide explains the routing controls shared by Gleap’s project integrations.
Keep feedback connected to decisions
A task is one possible next step for a customer request. Use product feedback software to understand demand before choosing which requests become Asana work.
