Turn “let’s talk” into a booking step inside the customer conversation. With Calendly connected, a Gleap workflow can offer a meeting through the messenger when a demo or support call is the useful next step.
Connect your Calendly account
Add Calendly from Integrations in your Gleap project and authorize the account. The booking experience is configured in the workflow rather than through ticket-forwarding rules.
Build the scheduling step
Add a scheduling step to a workflow and choose three things:
- The Calendly event link customers should book.
- The button text, such as “Book a demo.”
- An introduction explaining the purpose of the meeting.
The button and introduction support translations. Follow the Calendly setup guide to configure the step.
Offer a call at the right moment
A qualified demo request or a support issue that needs a live walkthrough are useful places for scheduling. Let the conversation establish what the customer needs before asking them to book time.
Gleap provides the conversational step; the meeting remains in Calendly. Use support workflows to connect the booking invitation to the rest of your team’s customer support process.
