Gleap AI agents can work with CalendarHero through Composio, for teams that let CalendarHero coordinate meeting times and talk to customers in Gleap. A custom agent can start a CalendarHero meeting request when a teammate decides a ticket needs a call, and check which requests are still waiting for a time.
What a Gleap agent can do in CalendarHero
- Meeting requests from a ticket: Create Meeting Request V2 starts a CalendarHero request with the participants, time range and ticket summary once a teammate asks for a call.
- The right meeting type: List Meeting Types shows the types you configured, such as a 30-minute support call, so the request uses the right duration and availability.
- Requests still open: Get Meeting Tasks lists pending meeting requests, so the agent can tell the teammate whether the customer has picked a time yet.
- Contacts in one place: Search Contact and Create Contact make sure the customer from the Gleap ticket exists in CalendarHero before a request goes out.
Example: a call for a complex import
A customer’s data import fails in a way that is hard to explain in writing, and the support teammate decides a call is faster. The teammate asks the agent on the Gleap ticket to set it up. The agent finds the customer in CalendarHero, creates a meeting request of your support call type for the next three days and notes it on the ticket. CalendarHero handles the scheduling from there, and the teammate runs the call.

FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with CalendarHero?
Yes. Gleap AI agents use CalendarHero through Composio’s CalendarHero toolkit, authenticated with an API key. The agent calls CalendarHero when it runs; meetings are not synced into Gleap.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in CalendarHero?
It can create and delete meeting requests, read meeting details, tasks, types, templates and categories, manage contacts, send reminders, send messages to CalendarHero’s scheduling assistant and update user and meeting type settings. Meeting requests and reminders reach customers, so start them only when a teammate asks.
Which Gleap plan includes the CalendarHero integration?
Custom agents that use CalendarHero are part of the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans, and Kai Support can use connected apps as tools in its customer conversations on Team, Pro and Enterprise. The CalendarHero account behind the API key decides whose calendars are used. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
Who talks to the customer about the time?
CalendarHero handles a request according to your meeting type and account settings, which can include emailing the participants. The Gleap agent only starts the request and reports its status; replies in the Gleap conversation stay with your teammate.
