A Gleap custom agent can work with Everhour projects, tasks, timers, timecards and invoices through Composio. It helps agencies and product teams that track time in Everhour and handle client requests in Gleap.
What a Gleap agent can do in Everhour
- Create a task for a request: Create Task adds the client’s request to the right Everhour project so time can be tracked against it.
- Start tracking: Start Timer begins a timer on that task for the connected Everhour user.
- Answer invoice questions: List Invoices returns invoice numbers, clients, amounts, status and dates.
- Review a client’s projects: List projects and Get Project show what exists for the customer’s company before the agent files a task.
Example: Paid change requests get a task
A client asks in Gleap for a new export format in their dashboard. The project lead agrees to do it as paid work and asks the agent to set it up. The agent creates an Everhour task in the client’s project with the request details, so the developer can track time against it. At month end, the account manager asks the agent which of the client’s invoices are still open.

- Tell the agent in its instructions when to use Everhour, then test it in chat.
Custom agents are included in the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans. Kai Support can use connected apps as tools on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Code, also on those plans, can use Everhour in coding sessions once you add it under Settings > MCP in Kai Code.
FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with Everhour?
Yes, through Composio. A Gleap custom agent can manage Everhour clients, projects, sections and tasks, start timers, read timecards and list invoices and expenses. Everhour changes only when an agent run calls one of these actions.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in Everhour?
It sets up tasks for client requests, starts tracking time on them and answers questions about projects, timecards and invoices with data from Everhour. It works with the account behind the connected API key.
Which Gleap plan includes the Everhour integration?
Kai Support and Kai Code can use the Everhour toolkit on Team, Pro and Enterprise; custom agents that use it are on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Support answers customers, so switch on only actions that are safe in a customer conversation. You need an Everhour API key from the account the agent should act as. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
Whose timer does Start Timer use?
The timer of the Everhour user whose API key you connected. For team-wide tracking, let each person run their own timer in Everhour and give the agent tasks and lookups.
