A Gleap custom agent can read and write Formbricks surveys, responses and contacts through Composio. It suits teams that run in-app or link surveys with Formbricks and want the answers next to each customer’s support history.
What a Gleap agent can do in Formbricks
- Read responses: Get Responses returns responses filtered by survey or contact, so a scheduled agent can review new answers.
- Act on the answers: With the Gleap tool connected, the agent adds respondents as voters on matching feature requests or opens a ticket for a reported bug.
- Keep contacts aligned: Update Contact Attributes sets attributes such as plan or support tier in Formbricks, so surveys reach the right people.
- Check the survey first: List Surveys shows each survey’s questions and status before the agent interprets answers.
Example: Feedback on a new editor
A product team runs a Formbricks survey after users try a new editor. Each morning a scheduled agent reads the new responses, adds users who asked for a missing feature as voters on the matching Gleap feature request and opens a ticket for anyone who describes a bug. The product manager reviews the list and decides what to prioritize.
How to connect Formbricks
- In Gleap, open AI & Automation > Agents and select a custom agent, or create one.
- In its Tools section, click Add tool and search for “Formbricks”.
- Pick Formbricks under More integrations and click Connect Formbricks.
- Paste your Formbricks API key into the form Gleap shows and connect.
- Open the new Formbricks tool and switch off every action the agent does not need, such as Delete Survey or Delete Survey Response.
- Tell the agent in its instructions when to use Formbricks, then test it in chat.
Custom agents are included in the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans. Kai Support can use connected apps as tools on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Code, also on those plans, can use Formbricks in coding sessions once you add it under Settings > MCP in Kai Code.
FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with Formbricks?
Yes, through Composio. A Gleap custom agent can list surveys, read and update responses, manage contacts and their attributes and create surveys or webhooks. Responses are read when the agent runs, not synced in the background.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in Formbricks?
It reads survey answers, ties them to the right customer and records the follow-ups in Gleap: feature request votes, tickets or notes for your team. It can also keep contact attributes in Formbricks current.
Which Gleap plan includes the Formbricks integration?
Kai Support and Kai Code can use the Formbricks toolkit on Team, Pro and Enterprise; custom agents that use it are on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Support answers customers, so switch on only actions that are safe in a customer conversation. Create a Formbricks API key with access to the project and environment that hold your live surveys. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
Does this replace Gleap’s own surveys?
No, it connects the two. Gleap has its own in-app surveys, and you can run Formbricks next to them. The agent reads Formbricks answers and records the follow-ups in Gleap; it does not move surveys between the tools.
