A Gleap custom agent can create and read Google Slides presentations through Composio, including decks built from markdown or copied from a template. It helps product and support leads who present customer feedback in regular reviews.
What a Gleap agent can do in Google Slides
- Start from your template: Copy Google Slides from Template creates a new deck from your team’s review template.
- Write slides from data: Create Slides from Markdown turns a summary of top feature requests or survey results into slides.
- Update a deck: Update Presentation (Batch/Markdown) adds or changes content in an existing presentation.
- Check the result: Get Presentation and Get Page Thumbnail v2 let the agent confirm what it created.
Example: A monthly voice-of-customer deck
Each month the head of product presents customer feedback to the leadership team. On a schedule, the agent reads the month’s top feature requests and survey summaries with the Gleap tool, copies the review template and adds slides for the top requests, their vote counts and representative quotes. The head of product edits the draft and decides what to present.
How to connect Google Slides
- In Gleap, open AI & Automation > Agents and select a custom agent, or create one.
- In its Tools section, click Add tool and search for “Google Slides”.
- Pick Google Slides under More integrations and click Connect Google Slides.
- Sign in with your Google account in the popup and approve access.
- Open the new Google Slides tool and switch off every action the agent does not need, such as Update Presentation (Batch/Markdown) if it should only create new decks.
- Tell the agent in its instructions when to use Google Slides, then test it in chat.
Custom agents are included in the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans. Kai Support can use connected apps as tools on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Code, also on those plans, can use Google Slides in coding sessions once you add it under Settings > MCP in Kai Code.
FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with Google Slides?
Yes, through Composio. A Gleap custom agent can create presentations, build slides from markdown, copy decks from templates, update content and read pages and thumbnails. It works in Slides only during an agent run.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in Google Slides?
It turns customer feedback data from Gleap into draft decks for reviews and planning, so the team spends its time on the discussion. People edit and present the final version.
Which Gleap plan includes the Google Slides integration?
Kai Support and Kai Code can use the Google Slides toolkit on Team, Pro and Enterprise; custom agents that use it are on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Support answers customers, so switch on only actions that are safe in a customer conversation. Decks are created in the connected Google account’s Drive. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
Can a new slide start a Gleap agent?
Yes. Composio offers a New Slide Added trigger for Google Slides, which you can pick as the agent’s tool trigger, for example to check a shared deck when someone adds a slide.
