Gleap AI agents can work in Nutshell through Composio, for small businesses that manage contacts and pipelines in Nutshell and support customers in Gleap. A custom agent can find the contact and lead behind a Gleap ticket, add notes and log activities, so your sales team sees what customers report.
What a Gleap agent can do in Nutshell
- Contact and account lookup: List Contacts and Get Contact find the person from a Gleap ticket, with the account and custom fields you keep in Nutshell.
- Lead status at a glance: Get Lead shows whether the customer’s company has an open lead and where it stands in your pipeline.
- Notes sales will read: Create Notes adds a note to the contact or lead, such as a summary of a bug the customer hit during onboarding.
- Follow-up activities: Create Activities schedules a call or meeting for the lead’s owner when a customer should hear from sales.
- Watching important leads: Watch Lead lets a teammate follow a lead in Nutshell after a customer reports a serious issue.
Example: an onboarding problem before the contract is signed
A company in a paid pilot reports through the Gleap widget that their data import keeps timing out. A teammate asks the agent on the Gleap ticket to brief sales. The agent finds the contact and the open lead in Nutshell, adds a note with the error and the steps from the Gleap report and schedules a call activity for the lead owner. Support keeps working on the import, and the owner decides what to say about the pilot.

Can the agent report on the pipeline?
It can read Nutshell’s leads report and list leads by stage, so a scheduled agent can summarize how many open leads had support issues this month when it also has the Gleap tool. The numbers come from your data in both tools, and your team decides what to do with them.
