Bring monitoring evidence into the investigation behind a customer report. Sentry tools through Composio let a Gleap Custom Agent list issues for a project and retrieve the details of a specific error event.
Connect the report to the event
Build a workflow around the application, Sentry organization, and project that own the problem. The issue-listing tool can help locate a relevant issue; the event tool retrieves a known event using its event ID and project context.
For example, an agent could gather the Sentry event associated with a reported checkout failure and prepare an engineering handoff containing that evidence. The customer report explains the experience; the event adds technical context for the investigation.
Scope the investigation
Add Sentry in your custom agent’s tool settings and authorize the intended account. Open the connection to inspect the actions available to it. Define the organization and project the agent should investigate, then check a known event.
The issue-listing tool defaults to unresolved issues. Make the search scope explicit if your workflow should include previously resolved problems. Reading an event provides evidence; it does not establish that a fix has been made or released.
