A Gleap custom agent can read Tally forms, questions and responses through Composio. It helps teams that collect beta signups, feedback or bug reports with Tally forms and work through the follow-ups in Gleap.
What a Gleap agent can do in Tally
- Read responses: Get Form Responses returns a form’s submissions page by page, so a scheduled agent can review what came in since its last run.
- Understand the questions: List Form Questions returns the form’s structure, so the agent maps each answer to the right field.
- File what needs action: With the Gleap tool connected, the agent opens a ticket for a reported bug or adds the person as a voter on a matching feature request.
- Find the right form: List Forms and Get Form Details show which forms exist in the workspace before the agent reads responses.
Example: Beta feedback into the right place
A startup collects beta feedback through a Tally form linked from its app. Each evening a scheduled agent reads the day’s responses, opens a Gleap ticket for every bug report with the reporter’s email and adds feature ideas as votes on matching feature requests. The product team reviews the new tickets the next morning and decides what to fix first.
How to connect Tally
- In Gleap, open AI & Automation > Agents and select a custom agent, or create one.
- In its Tools section, click Add tool and search for “Tally”.
- Pick Tally under More integrations and click Connect Tally.
- Enter the credentials Gleap asks for: a Tally API key, or the client ID and client secret of your own Tally OAuth app.
- Open the new Tally tool and switch off every action the agent does not need, such as Delete Form or Update Form.
- Tell the agent in its instructions when to use Tally, then test it in chat.
Custom agents are included in the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans. Kai Support can use connected apps as tools on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Code, also on those plans, can use Tally in coding sessions once you add it under Settings > MCP in Kai Code.
FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with Tally?
Yes, through Composio. A Gleap custom agent can list workspaces and forms, read questions and responses and manage forms and webhooks. Responses reach Gleap only when an agent reads them.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in Tally?
It reads form submissions and turns the ones that need a response into Gleap tickets, feature request votes or notes on a contact. People who never write to support still end up in the right conversation.
Which Gleap plan includes the Tally integration?
Kai Support and Kai Code can use the Tally toolkit on Team, Pro and Enterprise; custom agents that use it are on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Support answers customers, so switch on only actions that are safe in a customer conversation. Connect the Tally account that owns the forms you want the agent to read. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
How often does the agent check for new Tally responses?
As often as you schedule it. Composio’s Tally toolkit has no triggers, so use an agent schedule, such as every hour or once a day, and let it read responses since the last run.
