Gleap custom agents can create, update and complete TickTick tasks through Composio. It suits solo founders and small support teams who plan their day in TickTick and talk to customers in Gleap.
What a Gleap agent can do in TickTick
- Create the follow-up: Create Task adds a task to the project you choose, with the customer’s request and a due date.
- Change the plan: Update Task moves the due date when a customer reschedules and a teammate asks the agent to adjust it.
- Close the loop: Complete Task marks the task done once the teammate confirms the work is finished.
- See what is open: List All Tasks and Get project with data give the agent a quick view of open follow-ups.
Example: A demo request turns into a reminder
A customer asks for a walkthrough of the reporting feature next week. The teammate asks the agent to set a reminder. The agent creates a TickTick task in the Customer calls project with the customer’s name, company and the requested week, and confirms it in the ticket. After the call, the teammate asks the agent to complete the task.
How to connect TickTick
- In Gleap, open AI & Automation > Agents and select a custom agent, or create one.
- In its Tools section, click Add tool and search for “TickTick”.
- Pick TickTick under More integrations and click Connect TickTick.
- Sign in to TickTick in the popup and approve access.
- Open the new TickTick tool and switch off every action the agent does not need, such as Delete Task or Delete TickTick Project.
- Tell the agent in its instructions when to use TickTick, then test it in chat.
Custom agents are included in the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans. Kai Support can use connected apps as tools on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Code, also on those plans, can use TickTick in coding sessions once you add it under Settings > MCP in Kai Code.
FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with TickTick?
Yes. Gleap reaches TickTick through Composio, whose toolkit covers creating, updating, completing and deleting tasks and projects. Gleap does not sync tasks on its own; the agent acts when it runs.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in TickTick?
It creates tasks from customer conversations, updates due dates and details, completes tasks and lists what is open in a project. That keeps personal follow-ups from getting lost between the inbox and your planner.
Which Gleap plan includes the TickTick integration?
Kai Support and Kai Code can use the TickTick toolkit on Team, Pro and Enterprise; custom agents that use it are on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Support answers customers, so switch on only actions that are safe in a customer conversation. You authorize TickTick once in the popup when you connect the tool. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
Does the agent see my personal TickTick lists?
It sees what the connected TickTick account can see, within the actions you leave on. Connect a work account, or name the project the agent should use in its instructions.
