Bring customer reports into the Notion database where your team organizes product work. Gleap’s native Notion integration is in beta and creates entries from the tickets you choose to send. It is available on the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans.
Give the connection access to a database
Authorize Notion, share the destination database with Gleap, and select it in the connection settings. A database that has not been shared will not appear in the picker.
This works well when a product team keeps an intake database in Notion. Support can forward a report once its next step is clear, leaving prioritization and planning with the people who maintain that database.
Choose the report detail
Use automatic forwarding for selected ticket types or send tickets individually. A reduced-detail option sends email, bug type, and form data when you do not need the fuller report in Notion.
The native connection creates database entries. An agent that should search or update Notion pages uses Notion as a tool instead: Kai Support on Team, Pro and Enterprise, and custom agents on Team, Pro and Enterprise.
Try the handoff
Send a sample ticket and inspect the resulting database entry before relying on the beta integration for your team’s intake. The setup guide covers destination access and forwarding.
FAQ
Which Gleap plan includes the Notion integration?
Team, Pro and Enterprise. The native Notion integration is in beta. See pricing for the plans.
Do Notion changes sync back to Gleap?
No. The integration creates entries in your Notion database; edits made in Notion stay in Notion and do not change the Gleap ticket.
Can Gleap’s AI agents use Notion through MCP?
Yes, as an agent tool that is separate from this integration. Kai Support and Kai Code can use Notion on Team, Pro and Enterprise, and custom agents can use it on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Gleap connects the tool through Composio’s MCP server for Notion, and the agent calls only the actions you switch on. Other remote MCP servers can be added by URL as a Custom MCP tool.
