Answer a billing question with the customer’s account in view. The native Stripe integration shows the matched customer’s subscriptions and recent charges in Gleap, so your support team can understand the situation before replying.
Bring billing context into support
The Stripe panel includes charges, subscriptions, and address details, with a link to open the customer in Stripe. That helps with questions such as which subscription a customer has or whether a recent charge appears on the account.
Use Stripe for billing changes such as refunds or subscription management. This connection gives the support team context while they work in Gleap.
Connect and check customer matching
Add Stripe from your project’s Integrations settings and supply a restricted API key with the read access described in the Stripe setup guide.
The guide explains matching by Stripe customer ID, email, and company domain. Sending the Stripe customer ID as customer data gives the connection an explicit account to look up. Check a known customer after setup, especially when the person contacting support is different from the billing contact.
Keep the answer in the conversation
Your team can use those details in the customer support inbox to give a more informed response without asking the customer to repeat information already on their billing account.
