Productboard bills per maker. Plus is $19 per maker per month billed annually or $25 monthly; Business is $59 annually or $75 monthly with a two-maker minimum; Free covers one maker and 25 contributors; Enterprise starts at five makers on a custom quote. Is Gleap cheaper than Productboard?
It depends on how many makers you pay for. Productboard Business is $59 per maker per month billed annually, so two makers cost $118 a month and five cost $295; Gleap Team is $149 a month billed annually with unlimited seats, and Pro, which includes Kai PM and Kai Code, is $299. The base subscriptions cross at three makers for Team and six for Pro, and the bundles differ: Gleap includes a support inbox, help center and bug reporting, Productboard includes portfolio roadmapping and Spark credits. Can Gleap replace Productboard’s roadmap and portal?
For customer-facing roadmaps and request portals, yes: Gleap Team includes a public roadmap, a request portal with votes and a changelog with subscriber updates.
