It depends on the products, projects and team size you need. On monthly billing, AnnounceKit charges $59 for Changelog and $49 for Feature Requests & Roadmap per project, each with 3 team members; email updates add $49 and unlimited team members $39 a month. One project with all four costs $196 a month, and each further project needs its own license. Annual billing saves about 20%, for example Changelog drops from $59 to $49. Gleap Starter is $29/month billed annually ($35 monthly); Team is $179 a month on monthly billing or $149 billed annually, with unlimited projects, seats and every Kai agent. Per project and per product, not per seat. AnnounceKit’s pricing page states that a license covers one project, every product includes 3 team members and the Unlimited Team & RBAC add-on ($39/month flat) adds unlimited members; every workspace includes 10,000 monthly active users. Gleap Team includes unlimited seats and projects; plan usage limits still apply and AI usage is billed separately.

Team, Pro and Enterprise include Kai PM, Kai Code and Kai Resolve, plus feature requests and the roadmap, with unlimited seats and projects. Starter includes Kai Support, live chat and in-app bug reports for one seat. AI usage is billed separately on every plan.

Plan it as a pilot, not a bulk import. No native AnnounceKit importer is assumed, so export the posts, requests and subscriber lists you still need and keep the old changelog URL reachable. Install the Gleap SDK on one project, publish a release note to the News tab, email and pop-up, collect a few requests, then switch the widget when the team is ready. Review the Gleap Trust Center before rollout.
