A Gleap custom agent can search Box, read file details, check Box Sign requests and add comments and tasks through Composio. It helps enterprise teams that exchange documents with customers in Box and answer their questions in Gleap.
What a Gleap agent can do in Box
- Find the document: Search for content finds files and folders by name or content, and Get file information returns the details.
- Check a signature: List box sign requests and Get box sign request by id show whether a customer has signed.
- Hand work to a colleague: Create task and Assign task put a review on a file for a named person, and Create comment adds the customer’s question.
- React to uploads: Tool triggers such as New File Added to Folder can start the agent when a customer drops a file into a shared folder.
Example: A security questionnaire in a shared folder
An enterprise prospect uploads a completed security questionnaire to the shared Box folder and asks in Gleap when to expect feedback. The New File Added to Folder trigger starts the agent, which finds the prospect’s open ticket in Gleap and tags it as received. The agent creates a Box task on the file and assigns it to the security lead, who reviews it and tells support when to reply.

FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with Box?
Yes, through Composio. A Gleap custom agent can search and read content, manage files, folders, shared links, comments, tasks, metadata, collaborations and Box Sign requests. It works with Box during an agent run, which a teammate, a schedule or a Box trigger can start.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in Box?
It finds the documents behind customer questions, checks signature status and routes review work to the right person in Box. Sharing and signing decisions stay with your team.
Which Gleap plan includes the Box integration?
Kai Support and Kai Code can use the Box toolkit on Team, Pro and Enterprise; custom agents that use it are on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Kai Support answers customers, so switch on only actions that are safe in a customer conversation. The Box account you connect decides which folders the agent can reach. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
Which Box events can start a Gleap agent?
Composio offers Box triggers such as New File Added to Folder, New File Version Uploaded, New File Comment Added, New Sign Request Created and Box Sign Request Status Changed. Pick one as the agent’s tool trigger.
