Gleap AI agents can use Re:amaze through Composio, for teams that keep response templates and reporting tags in Re:amaze while collecting bug reports and feedback in Gleap. The Re:amaze toolkit is small and read-only: a custom agent can read templates and report tags, but it cannot open, answer or change Re:amaze conversations.
What a Gleap agent can do in Re:amaze
- Your approved wording: Get Response Templates gives the agent the templates your team already uses, so the replies it proposes to teammates in Gleap follow the same wording.
- Tag names your reports already use: Get report tags lists the tags in your Re:amaze reports, so the agent can tag Gleap tickets with the same names when it also has the Gleap tool.
- A connection that only reads: both actions retrieve data, so connecting Re:amaze does not let the agent change conversations or message customers there.
Example: a reply in your usual tone
A customer asks in the Gleap widget how to download past invoices. A teammate asks the agent on the ticket for a reply. The agent finds the matching Re:amaze response template, adapts it with the plan and page details from the Gleap ticket and proposes the reply in its chat. The teammate changes what needs changing and says yes, and the agent sends it.
How to connect Re:amaze
- In Gleap, open AI & Automation, then Agents, and select the custom agent that should use Re:amaze, or click Create agent.
- Under Tools, click Add tool, search for “Re:amaze” and select it.
- Enter your Re:amaze API key and any other details the form asks for, then click Connect Re:amaze.
- Open the Re:amaze tool and check the two actions the agent can call.
- Add the Gleap tool as well if the agent should send replies or tag tickets, then publish and test the agent in chat.
Custom agents are on the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans. Kai Support can use connected apps as tools on Team, Pro and Enterprise.
FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with Re:amaze?
Yes, through Composio’s Re:amaze toolkit, which uses a Re:amaze API key. A Gleap AI agent reads Re:amaze data when it runs. The toolkit does not sync conversations or tickets between the two products.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in Re:amaze?
Two things today: read your brand’s response templates and read the tags used in your reports. That makes it useful for consistent wording and tagging, not for working Re:amaze conversations. If Composio adds Re:amaze actions later, they appear in the tool’s action list and stay available until someone switches them off.
Which Gleap plan includes the Re:amaze integration?
Custom agents that read Re:amaze are available on the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans, and Kai Support can use connected apps as tools in its customer conversations on Team, Pro and Enterprise. The drafting step also needs the Gleap tool on the same agent. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
Can the agent answer Re:amaze conversations?
No. The toolkit has no action for reading or replying to Re:amaze conversations, so your team keeps answering them in Re:amaze. In Gleap, a custom agent reaches customers only through its Reply to customer tool, and a staged draft waits for a teammate to send it.
