Gleap AI agents can work with Simplesat through Composio, for support teams that measure CSAT, NPS or CES in Simplesat and track bugs and feature requests in Gleap. A custom agent can read survey responses and comments, keep customer records current and point the team to the Gleap reports behind low scores.
What a Gleap agent can do in Simplesat
- Ratings next to the ticket: Search Responses finds a customer’s recent Simplesat responses, so the teammate on a Gleap ticket sees how that customer rated earlier support.
- Comments behind low scores: Search Answers filters answers by date range and choice, so the agent can collect the comments from low ratings.
- Links to known bugs: with the Gleap tool as well, the agent can check those comments against open Gleap bug reports and feature requests.
- Customer records kept current: Create or Update Customer V2 adds a customer or updates their company, tags and attributes in Simplesat.
- What each survey asks: List Surveys and List Questions show the metric type and wording of each survey.
Example: a Friday review of low ratings
A support lead wants to know whether bad ratings come from product bugs or from slow answers. The agent runs every Friday on a schedule, searches Simplesat for the week’s low-score answers and checks their comments against open Gleap bug reports. It opens a task for the support lead, through the Request human input tool, listing which comments match a known bug. The lead decides what to raise with engineering and which customers to contact.

FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with Simplesat?
Yes. Gleap AI agents use Simplesat through Composio’s Simplesat toolkit, which connects with an API key. The agent reads and updates Simplesat data when it runs; responses are not imported into Gleap automatically.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in Simplesat?
It can search responses and answers, list surveys, questions and answers, read a customer, and create or update customers and team members. Search Responses returns the last 30 days by default, so ask for a date range in the agent’s instructions if you need more.
Which Gleap plan includes the Simplesat integration?
Custom agents that read Simplesat are part of the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans, and Kai Support can use connected apps as tools in its customer conversations on Team, Pro and Enterprise. Scheduled runs use the agent’s On a schedule trigger. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
Does the agent send Simplesat surveys?
No. The toolkit reads responses and manages customers and team members; it has no action that sends a survey. Surveys keep going out the way you set them up in Simplesat and your help desk.
