Gleap AI agents can work in SupportBee through Composio, for teams that answer support email in SupportBee and collect in-app bug reports and feedback in Gleap. A custom agent can find the matching email ticket, leave private comments and labels, and read SupportBee’s reports, using the actions your team allows.
What a Gleap agent can do in SupportBee
- The email behind a report: Search SupportBee Tickets finds the customer’s email ticket for a Gleap bug report, and List Ticket Replies shows what your team already wrote.
- Private comments, not replies: Create Ticket Comment adds an internal comment that only your team sees, for example with the page and browser details from the Gleap report.
- Routing by label and team: Add Label to Ticket and Assign Ticket to Team send the email to the team that owns the issue.
- Volume and speed at a glance: Get Tickets Count Report and Get Avg First Response Time Report give the numbers for a weekly support summary.
Example: an email and a bug report about the same crash
A customer emails your support address about a crash, and the same customer sends a bug report through the Gleap widget in your app. A teammate asks the agent on the Gleap ticket to connect the two. The agent finds the email in SupportBee, adds a private comment with the device and steps from the Gleap report and labels it with your crash label. The teammate answers the email and decides whether engineering needs to look at it now.

FAQ
Does Gleap integrate with SupportBee?
Yes. Gleap AI agents use SupportBee through Composio’s SupportBee toolkit, authenticated with a SupportBee API key. The agent reads and updates SupportBee when it runs; emails are not synced into Gleap.
What can a Gleap AI agent do in SupportBee?
It can search and read tickets, replies and comments, add comments, labels and team assignments, mark tickets answered or as spam, archive, trash or delete tickets, manage snippets, rules and users, and read reports. Create Ticket Reply emails the customer directly, so leave it off if replies should come from a person.
Which Gleap plan includes the SupportBee integration?
Custom agents that use SupportBee are included in the Team, Pro and Enterprise plans, and Kai Support can use connected apps as tools in its customer conversations on Team, Pro and Enterprise. The SupportBee user behind the API key sets what the agent can change. AI usage is billed separately; see pricing.
Can the agent use our SupportBee snippets?
Yes. Fetch Snippets reads your saved replies, so when a teammate asks for a reply in Gleap, the agent can start from the wording your team already uses. It sends the reply only after the teammate says yes.
