The Userlane alternative.

Guide customers inside your product. Build tours, checklists, tooltips and in-app messages inside your own product. Gleap keeps that guidance next to Kai, the shared inbox and product feedback, so a stuck step can become a question, a report or a request.

Hi, our invoice shows 20% VAT but we are a company in Austria with a VAT ID.

Working · reading the billing docs
With a valid EU VAT ID the reverse charge applies. Add it under Settings › Billing and the next invoice is issued without VAT. Should a teammate reissue this one?
Florian Berger2:17 PM
Yes please, we need the March invoice corrected.
