Featurebase pricing starts with a free plan for one seat. Growth costs $29, Professional $59 and Enterprise $99 per seat a month billed annually, or $37, $75 and $129 billed monthly (Featurebase pricing, checked October 3, 2026). One subscription covers both the helpdesk and the feedback boards, and Fibi, the AI agent, costs $0.49 per resolution.
This guide covers what each plan includes, how Fibi is billed, Lite seats, the discounts and what three example teams pay. All prices are USD list prices from Featurebase’s own pages, as of October 2026. If you are comparing tools, the Gleap and Featurebase comparison and Gleap pricing cover the other side.

Featurebase’s help center confirms that one subscription covers the helpdesk and feedback products (Featurebase pricing explained, checked October 3, 2026). Annual billing saves 20%.
Seats and Lite seats
Featurebase charges per seat. Lite seats on Professional and Enterprise give colleagues limited access without a full seat, which matters for product managers and engineers who read feedback but do not answer customers. Growth has no Lite seats, so every teammate who needs access is a full seat.
How Featurebase charges for Fibi
Fibi is Featurebase’s AI agent. It costs $0.49 per AI resolution on all paid plans, and a conversation is charged at most once. Featurebase counts a resolution when the customer confirms the answer helped, or assumes one when the customer leaves without asking for more help.
At list price, 1,000 resolutions cost $490 a month. That is about half the per-resolution price of Intercom’s Fin at $0.99 per outcome. Featurebase’s pages do not say whether you can cap Fibi spending or how often Fibi usage is invoiced, so ask before you forecast.
What a Featurebase team pays
These examples use annual list prices from October 3, 2026, before tax and discounts.
Monthly Featurebase total for three example teams
| Team | Plan and usage | Calculation | Monthly total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo founder | Free | $0 | $0 |
| 5 seats with AI | Growth + 500 Fibi resolutions | 5 × $29 + 500 × $0.49 | $390 |
| 10 seats with workflows | Professional + 1,000 Fibi resolutions | 10 × $59 + 1,000 × $0.49 | $1,080 |
Two lines grow over time. Seats grow with every hire who answers customers. Fibi grows with automation: every resolved conversation costs $0.49, including conversations where the customer simply leaves.
Free trial and discounts
Paid plans come with a 10-day free trial, no card needed. Startups founded less than two years ago with fewer than six employees get 86% off and a year of Fibi free. Open-source projects and nonprofits get 15% off.
When Featurebase is worth the price
Featurebase fits small software teams that want a helpdesk, feedback boards and a roadmap from one vendor, with an AI agent priced below the market’s best-known per-resolution price. The free plan suits a solo founder, and the startup discount is large.
It fits less well when you need more than one free seat, when many people need full access on Growth, or when bug reports need technical context such as console logs and replays.
How Featurebase pricing compares with Gleap
Gleap is AI-native customer support for software teams, and like Featurebase it puts support and feedback in one place. As of October 2026, Gleap Free costs $0 with one seat and 50 tickets a month, Team costs $149 a month billed annually ($179 monthly) and Pro $299 ($359 monthly), both with unlimited seats, and Enterprise starts at $999. New workspaces get a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.
| Featurebase | Gleap | |
|---|---|---|
| Price basis | Per seat per month | Per workspace, unlimited seats on Team and Pro |
| 10 seats, billed annually | $290 on Growth, $590 on Professional | $149 on Team |
| AI agent | Fibi, $0.49 per resolution | Kai Support, $0.29 per resolution, charged once per conversation it resolves |
| Bug reports with logs | Not listed on the pricing page | In-app, with marked screenshot, console and network logs |
The two AI prices count different things. Fibi charges per resolution and nothing for a conversation it does not resolve. Kai Support also charges only for a conversation it resolves, once per conversation, at a lower unit price, and hand-offs to your team are free. Compare both on your own volume.
Team and Pro include all of Gleap’s agents: Kai Specialist investigates hard tickets with screen recordings, console and network logs, account data and your code, billed by the work it does (about $0.49 per investigation on average), Kai PM groups feature requests and recommends priorities, and Kai Code opens pull requests your team reviews. In-app bug reporting attaches logs and a session replay to every report.
