Pylon does not publish its prices. On October 3, 2026, Pylon’s pricing URL redirected to a page where you schedule a personalized 30-minute demo, with no plans, prices, trial or AI pricing listed (Pylon, checked October 3, 2026). Pylon’s own blog says that for platforms like Pylon, “sales will work with you on custom quotes or pricing” (Pylon blog).
So there is no list price to report. This guide covers what Pylon sells, what usually drives a quote for B2B support software, the questions to ask on the demo call and the published prices of the tools buyers compare Pylon with. If you want to compare Pylon with Gleap directly, see the Gleap and Pylon comparison and Gleap pricing.
What happened to Pylon’s pricing page
Search results and third-party sites still show an older Pylon pricing page with plan names and per-seat prices. The live site no longer shows them: the pricing URL returns a permanent redirect to the demo form, the site navigation has no pricing link and Pylon’s documentation has no billing pages. We left the old figures out of this guide, because we could not confirm them on Pylon’s site today.
If a colleague quotes you a Pylon price from memory or a review site, treat it as a starting point for the conversation with Pylon’s sales team, not as what you will pay.
What Pylon sells
Pylon calls itself “the agentic support platform” (Pylon, checked October 3, 2026). It takes in customer conversations from:
- Slack and Microsoft Teams
- Email, a chat widget, phone and SMS
- WhatsApp, Telegram and Discord
Its AI comes as several agents: a Support Agent that handles customer questions across channels, an Assist Agent that investigates issues for your team, Background Agents triggered by conditions and a Slack Agent, plus reusable Skills that teach the agents how your team works. Pylon’s homepage lists customers including Cognition AI, Linear, Airtable, Together AI, LangChain, Retool, Amplitude and incident.io.
What drives a quote for B2B support software
Without a price list, it helps to know which parts of a quote usually move. For tools in this category, ask about each line separately:
- Seats. Who counts as a paid seat: only agents who answer customers, or also account managers, engineers and product managers who read tickets.
- AI usage. Whether the AI agent is billed per conversation, per resolution, per credit or included, and what a unit costs at your volume.
- AI assistants. Whether the assistant for your team is a per-seat add-on or included.
- Channels. Whether Slack, Microsoft Teams, phone and WhatsApp are in the base plan or extra.
- Onboarding and contract. One-time onboarding fees, minimum contract length, annual prepayment and price protection at renewal.
Questions to ask on the Pylon demo
- What is the price per seat, and is there a minimum seat count?
- How is each AI agent billed, and what happens when usage passes the included amount?
- Can we cap AI spending each month?
- Is there a trial or a paid pilot before an annual contract?
- What is included in onboarding, and is there a fee?
- How much can the price change at renewal?
Get the answers in writing, with the date. That makes the quote comparable with the published prices below.

Where Gleap fits
Gleap is AI-native customer support for software teams, and it publishes its prices. As of October 2026, Free costs $0 with one seat and 50 tickets a month, Team costs $149 a month billed annually ($179 monthly) and Pro $299 ($359 monthly), both with unlimited seats, and Enterprise starts at $999. New workspaces get a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.
Team and Pro include all of Gleap’s agents. Kai Support answers customers for $0.29 per resolution, charged once per conversation it resolves. Kai Specialist investigates hard tickets with screen recordings, console and network logs, account data and your code, billed by the work it does (about $0.49 per investigation on average). Kai Code opens pull requests your team reviews, Kai PM groups feature requests, and Kai Copilot drafts replies at no charge.
The trade-offs are real. Pylon lists Slack and Microsoft Teams first among its channels and also covers phone and SMS, while Gleap’s channels are live chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Slack and Telegram, with no phone or Microsoft Teams channel. Where Gleap differs is product context: in-app bug reporting attaches a marked screenshot, console and network logs and a session replay to each report, and feature requests collect votes on a roadmap.
